Ásmegin "Hin Vordende Sod & Sø"

Ásmegin is a Norwegian folk/viking metal band formed in 1998. The name comes from Old Norse and means "By the Might of the Æsir" or "By the Might of the Gods". Ásmegin's lyrics are written in Norwegian as well as some in Old Norse and older Norwegian.

Hin Vordende Sod & Sø is the first full-length album by the Norwegian viking/folk metal band Ásmegin. It was released on August 25, 2003 by Napalm Records. Album lyrics are written in Norwegian, Old Norse, and older Norwegian.

Track 9, "Vargr i Véum" is listed as such on the CD's back, but not in the CD booklet, where it is listed as "Vargr i Véum - Eilivs Bane" instead. Both titles are interchangable.
