Grip Inc. was an American groove metal band and side project of drummer Dave Lombardo. The band was formed in 1993, and was signed to Steamhammer Records.

Power of Inner Strength is the debut album by American groove metal band Grip Inc.. It was released on March 7, 1995.

The song was featured on the 1995 compilation CD "Dynamo Open Air 10th Anniversary".

Re-released by Steamhammer on February 19th, 2001 together with "Nemesis" as a double pack.

The music video was made for the song "Ostracized".
