Broken Silence was a Melodic Christian Heavy Metal band from the state of Hawaii, US. They formed in 1989, though they disbanded sometime in the late to mid-1990's.
Discerning The Time is their only full length, released May 24th 1995.

This album is a re-release of the prior EP, issued in Japan.
The CD was remastered and reissued on 05 Jul 2011 by Retroactive Records.
Comes in a standard jewel case with obi and includes fold-out insert with liner notes Japanese/English track list, Japanese commentary, and lyrics translated into Japanese.
