Wake Up and Smell the... Carcass is a compilation album by the band Carcass, and is also the name of a video/DVD compilation of the band's songs. The cover is a photo of John F. Kennedy's autopsy.

Note: There is an edition with banned artwork. Ok, not really banned, though the front album case is black, not transparent, and it has a sticker saying that the actual artwork is too disturbing for public display.
Reissued by Earache on April 14th 2009 as a part of Earache's classic series remastered in a slipcase with the Wake Up and Smell the... Carcass DVD as a bonus.
