Pitchshifter "PSI"

PSI is the seventh and final album by the industrial rock band Pitchshifter, released in 2002. Their previous two albums had been released on a major label, but this was released by the minor Mayan Records, a subsidiary label owned by Sanctuary Records. "Eight Days" and "Shutdown" were released as singles.

Phantom Blue "Built To Perform"

Built to Perform is the second full-length album by American heavy metal band Phantom Blue. In contrast to the first album's glam metal sound, Built to Perform displays a more raw, heavy metal sound. It also features songwriting credits by all five of the band members plus former member Nicole Couch, who left prior to the album's release. The album includes the band's cover of Thin Lizzy's "Bad Reputation."

Veteran producer Max Norman oversaw the album's production, while Marty Friedman (who was then with Megadeth) and John Norum (of Europe) contributed as guest guitarists. Norum and guitarist Michelle Meldrum eventually married in 1995. "My Misery" was co-written by West Arkeen, known for his collaborations with Guns N' Roses.

Released by Geffen Records, this was the band's only album under a major record label.

Phantom Blue "Phantom Blue"

Phantom Blue is the self-titled first studio album by all-female heavy metal band Phantom Blue, released in 1989 through Shrapnel Records (United States) and Roadrunner Records (Europe and Japan). Guitarist Marty Friedman, at the time a member of the band Cacophony, and later of Megadeth, is credited as a co-producer. According to drummer Linda McDonald, the music video for "Why Call It Love?" was filmed within a maximum security prison in Carson City, Nevada.

Pestilence "Hadeon"

Hadeon is the eighth studio album by Dutch technical death metal band Pestilence. It was released digitally on January 26, 2018, nearly two months ahead of its scheduled release date; a physical component of the album was released on March 9, 2018. Hadeon is the band's first since album since their two-year hiatus from 2014 to 2016, and the first one since Malleus Maleficarum (1988) not to feature longtime lead and rhythm guitarist Patrick Uterwijk. "Hadeon" is also the first Pestilence studio album since 1993 "Spheres" featuring a solo bass composition ("Subvisions") composed by bassist Tilen Hudrap, who also wrote the accompanying lyrics for the song. All other tracks on the album were composed by Patrick Mameli.

Pestilence "Consuming Impulse (2017 Reissue, 2CD, Hammerheart Records, Slipcase, Remastered)"

Consuming Impulse (stylized as Consvming Impvlse) is the second album by Dutch death metal band Pestilence, released in 1989. While retaining some of the thrash metal elements from its predecessor Malleus Maleficarum (1988), Consuming Impulse saw the band progress further towards the traditional death metal genre with progressive influences; this can be seen as one of the earliest examples of technical death metal, a subgenre that would be used and expanded on Pestilence's subsequent albums. Consuming Impulse was also their first release with then-new guitarist Patrick Uterwijk, and their last one to feature bassist and vocalist Martin van Drunen.

It was reissued along with Testimony of the Ancients on Roadrunner Records' Two from the Vault series. Decibel gave positive reviews to it as a cult classic.

The song "Out of the Body" was covered by fellow Netherlands melodic death metal band Callenish Circle as a bonus track for their 2003 release My Passion // Your Pain.

The original cover art depicted a group of people eating each other. At the last minute before release, without the band's permission, Roadrunner Records replaced the image, much to the band's dismay.

- track 17 is an undated demo recording.
