Flow is the fourth full-length album by the Norwegian power metal/progressive metal band, Conception. Flow was released on April 1, 1997 by Noise Records.

Conception "Parallel Minds"

Parallel Minds is the second full-length album by the Norwegian power metal/progressive metal band, Conception, released in 1993.

Conception released their first and only video in 1993 entitled, "Roll the Fire". The video tracks in at 3:58 compared to the original length for the song which is 4:32.

"Soliloquy" consists of three parts:
Part 1. Sweet Lavender
Part 2. Non-Electric Redemption
Part 3. In These Rooms

There are two different "Parallel Minds" versions: the vocal sessions are different on "Water Confines" and "Silent Crying" is a little longer on one of the releases. Both include the lyrics to the supposed Japanese bonus track "Black on Black" which is not present. "Black on Black" was used on the 1993 "Norske Riff og Tordenskrall 1967 - 1992" 2-Disc compilation instead.

Conception "The Last Sunset"

The Last Sunset is the first full-length album released by the power metal/progressive metal band, Conception. The Last Sunset was originally recorded in 1991 under Conception's own record label CSF Records. In 1994, it was released again under their new record label Noise Records with new cover art.
