Sodom is the eleventh album by German thrash metal band Sodom, released on 21 April 2006. The first pressing was in a slipcase and includes a full-colour poster of the artwork. "The album is self-titled," Tom Angelripper explains, "because every band needs a self-titled album."

Sodom "40 Years At War - The Greatest Hell Of Sodom (Germany, Steamhammer, SPV-245962 CD)"

To coincide with its 40th anniversary, Sodom released the compilation album 40 Years at War – The Greatest Hell of Sodom on October 28, 2022. The set includes one song from each of the band's studio albums between Obsessed by Cruelty and Genesis XIX, in addition to "Sepulchral Voice" from the In the Sign of Evil EP. The band will release another EP, titled 1982, on November 10, 2023, which will include both the title track and re-recordings of the band's early songs.

On July 31, 2023, it was announced that Sodom (along with Kreator, Destruction and Tankard) were on the bill for the Klash of the Ruhrpott festival, which is scheduled to take place at Amphitheater Gelsenkirchen in Gelsenkirchen, Germany on July 20, 2024. This show will mark the first time that all of the "Big Teutonic Four" bands have performed together.
