- Issued on black vinyl with a printed inner sleeve.

- The few test pressings came with an A4 bio sheet and A4 promo sheet, in a plain white inner sleeve and had white center labels. No bonus tracks included.

- The central quote in track A3 is an arranged quote from a letter by David Berkowitz.
