Sacrilege "Lost In The Beauty You Slay"

Sacrilege were a Melodic Death/Black Metal band from Gothenburg, Västra Götaland, Suecia, formada en 1993.

Their debut album, Lost In The Beauty You Slay was released in 1996.

Sacrilege broke up when Daniel Svensson joined In Flames, but they briefly reformed in 2006 under the name Sacrilege GBG (GBG stands for GöteBorG, the band's native town).

A full-length was announced by the band in 2007, titled A Matter of Dark, but it was never released; only a sample of a new and untitled track was published on their Myspace page.

Re-released in 2005 together with "The Fifth Season" on a DCD by Blackend Records.
